Quick checklist
Before contacting support, check these four things in order.
1. Connection details
IP address (or host), port, login and password — each value in its own field. Don't paste the whole string at once. Check them against your dashboard: one typo and the proxy won't connect.
2. Protocol
It must match your dashboard: HTTP or SOCKS5. For datacenter proxies:
Dashboard → “Datacenter” → arrow near the port → select → “Get”
The port may change as a result.
3. Network
Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi: some ISPs block connections to foreign subnets. Works on mobile but not on Wi-Fi — it's your ISP.
4. IP check
Open MaxMind — the IP should change to your proxy address.
Common situations
pool.proxy.market instead of an IP address
This is normal. pool.proxy.market is the host for residential proxies, mobpool.proxy.market for mobile ones.
Error 407
Traffic has run out or the package is suspended. Check the balance:
Dashboard → “Traffic (GB)”
Error 503
There are too few exit nodes for your geo. Recreate the proxy list without a city — country only.
Works on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi
Your ISP is blocking the connection. Try a proxy in a different country or contact support.
Shared proxy keeps disconnecting
Shared means one IP for several users, so drops under load are expected behaviour. If you need stability, go dedicated.
Account logs out, CAPTCHA appears
The IP changes too often. Increase the rotation interval in the proxy list settings: 10 minutes or more when working with accounts.
Proxy city doesn't match
Use the right service: residential and mobile — MaxMind, ISP and static — ip2location. If the country is wrong, contact support.
Self-diagnosis with AdsPower and MaxMind
Use this when the proxy is connected but you aren't sure about its performance or geolocation.
What you'll need
- AdsPower — an antidetect browser, the free version is enough;
- MaxMind GeoIP Demo — for residential and mobile proxies;
- ip2location Demo — for ISP and static ones.
How to check
- Set the proxy up in AdsPower.
New Profile → Proxy → protocol (as in your dashboard) → Host, Port, Login, Password → Check Proxy
Green means it works, red means you should recheck the details.
- Verify the geolocation. Copy the IP, open MaxMind or ip2location depending on the proxy type, paste the address and compare the country and city.
- Advanced check, optional. From the AdsPower profile, visit BrowserScan or Whoer.net to review anonymity and leaks.
Keep in mind. Different databases may show different cities for the same IP — that's normal: mobile carriers group addresses into regional pools.
