"Bonus for Feedback" Promotion Terms

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the procedure and conditions for the «Bonus for Feedback» promotion (hereinafter — the «Promotion») on the website proxy.market (hereinafter — the «Website»).

1.2. Promotion Organizer: Sole Proprietor Pavel Sergeevich Firsov, registered in Georgia under registration number 306456901 dated January 30, 2024 (hereinafter — the «Organizer»).

1.3. Promotion period: from March 17, 2026 through December 31, 2026 inclusive, or until an official announcement of the Promotion's termination is published on the Website.

1.4. Territory: the Russian Federation and other countries where Proxy.Market services are available.

1.5. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Promotion terms, suspend, or terminate the Promotion early by publishing a relevant notice on the Website at least 3 (three) calendar days before such changes take effect.

1.6. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligible Participants

2.1. The following may participate in the Promotion: legal entities and other participants classified as such by the Organizer, provided they meet the following requirements:

  • registered on the website proxy.market;
  • authorized in their Personal Account as a legal entity or sole proprietor (hereinafter — «PA»);
  • having accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. The following are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:

  • employees of the Organizer and affiliated persons;
  • persons who have previously violated the Website's terms of use or the terms of prior promotions;
  • users whose accounts are blocked or flagged as «suspicious»;
  • persons using automated tools to participate in the Promotion.

2.3. A participant may receive a bonus only once per unique feedback on each of the feedback platforms listed in clause 3.2 of these Terms.

3. How to Participate

3.1. To participate in the Promotion, complete the following steps:

Step 1. Registration and Login

  • Register on the website proxy.market (if not already registered);
  • Log in to your Personal Account.

Step 2. Submit Feedback

  • Visit one or more feedback platforms listed in clause 3.2 of these Terms;
  • Leave unique feedback about the Proxy.Market service;
  • The feedback must meet the requirements specified in Section 4 of these Terms.

Step 3. Submit a Bonus Request

  • In your Personal Account on the Website, navigate to the «Support» section;
  • Send a screenshot of your published feedback to the support team.

Step 4. Moderation and Bonus Credit

  • The Organizer examines the submission for compliance with the Promotion terms within 3 (three) business days;
  • If the feedback is approved, the bonus is automatically credited to the participant's internal account balance in their PA;
  • The participant receives a notification of the bonus credit via email and/or in their PA.

3.2. List of eligible feedback platforms:

The current list of eligible platforms is available in the «Promotions» section of the Personal Account.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to add or remove platforms from the list without prior notice to participants.

4. Feedback Requirements

4.1. Feedback must meet the following requirements:

  • Originality — the feedback must be written by the participant personally and not copied from other sources;
  • Substance — minimum feedback length: 200 characters (or 30 words);
  • Relevance — the feedback must relate to Proxy.Market services and reflect the participant's personal experience;
  • Honesty — the feedback must represent the participant's genuine opinion (positive or negative);
  • Platform compliance — the feedback must not violate the rules of the feedback platform on which it is published.

4.2. Feedback must NOT contain:

  • profanity, insults, or threats;
  • spam or advertising for third-party services;
  • false information or defamatory content;
  • links to prohibited resources;
  • content that violates the laws of the Russian Federation or the country where the feedback is published.

4.3. Feedback must be published from a real user account. The use of fake accounts, bots, or mass registrations is prohibited.

4.4. A participant may submit only one piece of feedback per platform. Repeated feedback on the same platform will not be accepted.

5. Bonus Amount

5.1. The bonus for one approved feedback submission is: $5 (five US dollars).

5.2. The bonus is credited to the participant's internal account balance in the Personal Account within 3 (three) business days following successful moderation of the feedback.

5.3. The credited bonus is displayed in the «Balance» section of the PA with the label «Bonus for Feedback».

5.4. The bonus is credited to the user's current account in the currency of that account and does not constitute cash funds.

6. Use of the Bonus

6.1. The bonus may be used exclusively to pay for Proxy.Market services on the Website.

6.2. The bonus is applied automatically or at the participant's election when placing an order in the PA.

6.3. The bonus may be used: in full — to pay 100% of the service cost (if the balance is sufficient) — or partially.

6.4. The bonus may NOT be:

  • withdrawn to a bank card, e-wallet, or converted into cash by any other means;
  • transferred to another user;
  • exchanged for goods or services of third parties;
  • refunded upon order cancellation if the bonus has already been applied (refunds are issued only for the portion paid with real funds).

7. Feedback Moderation

7.1. All feedback submitted for consideration is subject to mandatory moderation by the Organizer.

7.2. Moderation period: up to 3 (three) business days from the date of submission.

7.3. The Organizer verifies:

  • compliance of the feedback with the requirements of Section 4 of these Terms;
  • originality of the feedback (absence of plagiarism);
  • that the feedback was published by a real user;
  • absence of signs of artificial inflation or bot usage.

7.4. Moderation outcomes:

  • Approved — the bonus is credited to the participant's balance;
  • Rejected — the participant receives a notification stating the reason for rejection.

7.5. Grounds for rejection:

  • the feedback does not meet the requirements of Section 4 of these Terms;
  • the feedback was copied from other sources;
  • the feedback was published from a fake account or using bots;
  • the participant has previously received a bonus for feedback on the same platform;
  • the feedback was removed from the feedback platform before moderation was completed;
  • signs of fraud or abuse of the Promotion terms were identified.

7.6. The Organizer's decision following moderation is final and not subject to appeal.

7.7. A participant may resubmit a request after addressing the identified issues (where applicable).

8. Liability

8.1. The Organizer is not liable for:

  • technical failures on feedback platforms that prevent the publication of feedback;
  • removal of feedback by the administration of a feedback platform;
  • delays in bonus crediting caused by technical issues on the Website;
  • inability to use the bonus for reasons beyond the Organizer's control.

8.2. The participant is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of information provided in the feedback;
  • compliance with the rules of the feedback platforms;
  • compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the country where the feedback is published.

8.3. In the event of a violation of the Promotion terms, the Organizer reserves the right to:

  • reject the bonus request;
  • cancel a previously credited bonus;
  • block the participant's account on the Website.

8.4. The participant warrants that the feedback was written personally and does not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark rights, etc.).

8.5. The Organizer reserves the right to use participants' feedback for marketing purposes (publication on the Website, social media, and advertising materials), with attribution to the author's name or username, or anonymously.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are publicly available on the Website at https://proxy.market/feedback-rules.

9.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to a court at the location of the Organizer.
